As a letting agent there is nothing more satisfying than moving tenants into their new home. You will be glad to hear that we have an excellent reputation among our tenants and are known for being fair, personable and fast to act when your property needs a repair. We only take on quality properties that have decent landlords that share our high standards. We charge £25 for a full application which includes a credit check, this is way below the "industry norm".
